Very nice and professional staff, good turnaround time and initial availability. Vehicle was fixed right and they let me know about some other things seen that I was unaware of. They will even take pictures and videos of things that are wrong with the car so that you know what they are saying is legit. They are like dealership level knowledge without the price of the dealership. Highly recommend, will take all of my vehicles there.

This is the first negative review I’ve ever left. If I could give this company a 0 I would. I called requesting assistance and advice I was then met with an extremely rude representative. I was then hung up on.

If you are looking for a shop that stands behind their work and works with you to get it right, this is the place. I'm grateful for the professionalism, attention to detail, and thoroughness to resolve my drivetrain issues. Jeff and his team are top-notch.

My mom had an accident. After dealing with State Farm, Karch picked up the car from the driveway, moved it to their shop and did an awesome job repairing and doing all necessary bodywork. The shop was very professional and responsive and the experience was extremely positive. They even shuttled my mom's car to her house, which was a tremendous help for me and her. Great honest place! Thank you.
