Service is exceptional. They take the time to actually investigate, think through, and identify problems, rather than simply read off an error code and try to sell you repair work that may or may not fix the problem. They also make an effort to communicate when parts arrive and expected schedule in order to minimize inconvenience dropping off and picking up vehicle.

Anyone connected with Walk's towing should be run out of business. They are predatory and unwilling to work with college kids who are putting themselves through school. I need my car to make money and they weren't willing to listen to anything I had to say. Very rude, and if I had the money would have a lawsuit against them.

My first experience at Karch Auto was excellent. I called late on a Friday of a holiday weekend with a screw in my tire. They were able to get me in, plug my tire and I was on my way home in 30 minutes! Excellent customer service. Thanks Karch Auto!

Always on time, decent pricing and super service. My JEEP loves them.

I hit a deer and it messed up my car pretty bad. I called my insurance company, and they recommended Karch Auto. The accident happened on a Sunday evening. By 9am Monday morning, Karch Auto calls me to have me bring the car to see if it was drivable. It was not because the headlight was busted out. So, I left my car in their hands.
