I had a great experience at Karch Auto! Tanner is very professional and remembered me every time I called or came in. I had to have my ac repaired after my compressor gave out. They ordered all the parts, got it scheduled, and fixed everything within a week. After the repair, I noticed my car air blower/fan had stopped working. Tanner and Jeff worked very hard to research and fix the problem. They were always courteous and friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend taking your car here!

They did not charge us for the small and common part we needed, just the hour of labor to troubleshoot. That was very nice of them, and is one of those "little things" that makes you want to keep giving them business.

They fixed my water pump about a month ago than I had some leaking still going on. And they put their team together to find out what is leaking. It was the housing to the thermostat. They went above and beyond to get my car up and back on the road. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if my car has anymore issues they did an amazing job.

My experience with Karch Auto/Walks Towing was overwhelmingly negative. Unknowledgeable staff, questionable behavior, and opaque charges sum up my experience. This alone may be forgivable, but the pain point here is the predatory towing practices that are exercised on a frequent basis. Towing from private lots is a tough gig, but to have spotters waiting to tow students cars is a step beyond reason. There are far better auto shops that run their business with integrity. Do not support a business profiting off of a cash strapped, captive student population.
