This was my first time at Karch Auto. I needed to wait while they did the annual inspection for my car and changed the oil. They told how long it would take and that’s what it took. I was very appreciative. I was also impressed with their professional service. I would recommend Karch Auto.

It was a quick visit; I had to get the new car I bought out of state inspected in PA. While I was waiting, I received and made a couple of calls about my daughter being sick, and that I would get home ASAP. The staff (especially the young woman behind the counter whose name escapes me) overheard the conversation, and expedited the process to get me back in my car as quickly as possible so I could get home. She then told me to make sure my daughter was OK. That's service.
