Karch is always so honest and aboveboard with their dealings. I've used them multiple times, and they are always efficient, professional, and on top of everything. I highly recommend!

I have a ‘67 Plymouth that is very special to me. It was my late uncles car and it was one he and I were fixing up together. It needed an oil change and transmission fluid change and not many places would touch it due to its age. Karch Auto gladly allowed me to bring it in and I could not be happier with the service, care, and speed. They treated the vehicle as if it was their own and made sure everything was good to go. The price was a lot less than I budgeted for and a lot less than other places qouted me so overall, I will continue to use Karch Auto for repairs and maintence for not only the plymouth, but all my vehicles in the future!

Was pleasantly surprised by the service and the price for that service. Killer combination. I'll be back.

I would give no stars, but not an option. This review is regarding Walk's Towing...another part of their business. I cannot speak to Karch, but because of their association (they claim they are different but have the same phone number), I would NEVER trust them with my car. My daughter's vehicle was towed from her apartment building. They unnecessarily(she has front wheel drive and no one was parking spots in front of her) used a dolly which allowed them to charge and extra $50. On her receipt, the tow driver colored in her whole car to indicate damage so that they would not be liable for any damage. When we called to ask manager if the apartment building gets money for this, he evaded the question. They are parasites taking advantage of college students. They made $295 for 10-15 min of work-$1200/hr. Their garage is 1 mile away from apartment. This is EASY money for them and they are like vultures waiting for the opportunity to sweep in and take vehicles.

I have been using Karch Auto since 2016 and I only use them and refer all friends and family to them for basic maintenance or repairs, major or minor. My children drive my cars and I trust them enough with my most precious children. They have always looked for the best quality products for the best price. They are not just my service people, they are my friends. You will feel the same once you use them. Thank You Very Much to All at Karch, Bill

Poor customer service. Would not recommend, caused damage to car. Shady business. Stay away.
